State Significant Infrastructure

All State significant infrastructure applications (SSI) have to go through a comprehensive assessment process with extensive community participation and are evaluated against the triple bottom line.

The main steps in this process are summarised in the figure below, and include Early Consultation, Prepare EIS, Exhibit EIS, Respond to Submissions, Assess SSI and Determine SSI.

Critical State Significant Infrastructure

The CSSI Process is the same as the SSI process.
